How much will it cost for Delivery?
Here at Casero we know just how frustrating it can be
to find the perfect gift at the right price, only to
find when you reach check out that an arm and a leg
has been added to the total for delivery!
That’s why, if you live on mainland Britain the
price you see for the item is the price you pay –
there is no additional delivery cost and VAT has already
been added.
We do deliver to Northern Island, Isle of Man, Highlands
and Islands but we are really sorry, we do have to charge
you £5 for delivery – but only because our
courier company charges us extra!
When and how will my order
be delivered?
You will be given the option to specify an exact delivery
date at check out and most orders received by 12noon
Monday to Friday can be delivered the following day
if required (*see note below for exceptions). Orders
placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery is Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (sorry
we are unable to specify an exact time) by a suitable
courier. In order to guarantee delivery we like all
of our parcels to be signed for, so if no one is in
a card will be left explaining delivery of a parcel
was attempted. The card will also contain a telephone
number to ring to either arrange an alternative delivery
or arrange collection from the local depot.
* Not all of our rugs are kept in stock and in order
to offer customers a wide range of products we do occasionally
have to source products from overseas. Because of this
we cannot provide a specific delivery time but aim to
have your rug to you within 28days – our current
average turnaround is 5 days.
Most of our Garden Toys are also sourced directly so
please allow a minimum of 48 hours for delivery.
What do I do if I want
to return my purchase?
We sincerely hope that you are extremely happy with
your purchase from Casero, however we understand the
reality and occasionally you may want to return the
item for whatever reason. As long as you notify us within
7 days (by telephone) and return it to us within 28
day in perfect condition, unused and in its original
packaging we will happily provide you with a replacement
or refund.
Please give us 2 weeks to process your refund once we’ve
received our goods. The refund will be credited to the
payment card account. |
